Local Gateway

A Local Gateway is a gateway installed on your server ensuring low latency to your blockchain client.

To ensure high performance, the bloXroute Gateway is written in Go. This documentation sometimes refers to it as the "Go Gateway".

We no longer support the Python Gateway (EOL on Septmember 15, 2022).

To install and run a Local Gateway, follow the instructions in this section.

We recommend you make sure you've gone through all the steps in the requirements page before starting the installation process.

Note that there are several ways to install a Local Gateway, depending on your personal preferences:

Using Docker, manually going through the startup process or using our startup script
Using a local build based on the github repository
